I’m so tired of people saying the main tourist attractions in the city include Burj Khalifa, desert safaris, and malls.
Don’t get me wrong – these are all great.. but there is so much more to Dubai. I guess this is probably why I was absolutely thrilled to see grafitti all over the buildings in good old Satwa when returning to Dubai last week.
After checking up online I found an article on What’s On which explained that this is a new public initiative called Dubai Street Museum and that apparently it will take five years to complete!
Naturally, the husband and I pranced around 2nd December Street like curious kittens to capture as much street art-in-progress that we could find. Enjoy!
