What we Ordered… tandoori wild mushrooms, butter chicken sliders, guloti kebab sliders, glazed lamb chops, daal chawal arancini, and more…
What Impressed…
Great interiors, great menu, great taste.. The guloti kebab slider: 10/10. Perfect amount of bite, melt in your mouth meat, and well paired flavors. The glazed lamb chops and wild mushrooms are also amazing.
What Depressed…
What really upset me was the fact that the butter chicken burgers had no actual chicken in them. Even if it was a “pulled meat” sort of sandwich, there was none in our buns 😦 this was a big downer for me. When I hear butter chicken slider with green chili mayo, I’m expecting a solid hearty slider with pulled chicken and gravy oozing out the sides- not too much, but just enough to get your mouth watering at the very sight of it! At AED 35 you’d think it was a steal, but i almost felt offended as I ate the bun with gravy literally spread through it like butter on toast. The guloti kebabs worked in comparison- despite the kebabs being tiny, they’re strong enough in flavor and are elegant yet have bite to them.
