What we Ordered…Cronuts, turkish eggs, biscoff pancakes, migas, breakfast burger…
What Impressed…
Despite having bed hair and being in my gym clothes, we were welcomed and received with a warm smile on two separate occasions, by our server Sidharth. What a pleasant soul! The Turkish eggs, breakfast burger and biscoff pancakes are divine despite their exorbitant price range.
What Depressed…
The migas- scrambled eggs with chorizo, tortillas – flavors were great and not over powering at all. However I wish there was a sour cream or slight “wetness”/ sauce to accompany the tortillas as it was a little dry. We used some of the fresh labneh from the Turkish eggs which totally sorted us out.
People have mentioned the staff can sometimes be a little rude. We like to visit restaurants a few times before reviewing them so that we put down an aggregate of all the experiences. Unfortunately, people are right – the hostess at the front has been rude to me a few times. I eventually did stop visiting this once favoured brekkie place.
If you’re checking the place out, take a book, go early, and enjoy the pretty cutlery and pleasant ambience.
